Male Escort Sues Sean "Diddy" Combs for Alleged 2012 Sexual Assault and Threats
Music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing a lawsuit filed by a male escort who has accused him of sexual assault in an incident that allegedly took place in 2012. The accuser, identified only as John Doe, submitted the lawsuit in the Southern District of New York on February 26. He claims that Combs not only assaulted him but also made chilling threats to ensure his silence.
According to court documents John Doe alleges that Combs warned him by saying,
"If I can get Pac [Tupac] hit, what the fuck do you think can happen to you?" The statement, which appears to reference the late rapper Tupac Shakur’s 1996 murder, was allegedly used as a means of intimidation to prevent Doe from coming forward.
The Florida based accuser states that he first encountered Combs in 2012 after being hired to meet him in New York City. Upon his arrival at the Intercontinental Hotel, Doe claims that he was coerced into engaging in sexual acts against his will. Specifically he alleges that Combs forced him to perform both oral and penetrative sex on a woman who was present in the room.
Furthermore, the lawsuit describes disturbing details of the incident. Doe asserts that Combs gave him a water bottle to drink from and then proceeded to cover his body with baby oil. The accuser believes that the water or the oil may have contained a substance that left him feeling disoriented and not in full control of his body.

The complaint further states that Combs forcibly penetrated Doe despite the accuser’s repeated pleas for him to stop. Doe claims he screamed in pain shouting "no," but the assault continued.
Representatives for Combs have yet to issue a public response regarding the allegations. Meanwhile, the music mogul is currently being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, where he will remain until his criminal trial, which is scheduled to begin on May 5.
