Rapper Young Thug stirred up major controversy late Thursday night with a now-deleted tweet aimed at fellow artist Kid Cudi. The tweet came shortly after Cudi's viral testimony in the ongoing Diddy federal trial in New York, which has featured multiple explosive revelations.

Thug, currently facing legal challenges of his own in the YSL RICO case, took to Twitter to post a brief but loaded message:

 "Dam cudi a rat lol." Although the tweet was quickly deleted, it didn't go unnoticed. 

Screenshots spread rapidly across social media, prompting intense debate among fans and cultural commentators.

The deleted post sparked renewed conversation around the concept of "snitching" and whether civilians like Kid Cudi, who is not known for involvement in street politics should be held to the same code of silence often expected in the criminal underworld.
