Vladimir Vitkov, a 31-year-old Belarusian tourist, was arrested at Sheremetyevo Airport after violently throwing an 18-month-old Iranian boy to the ground. The child, fleeing Iran with his mother, is now in a coma with serious head and spinal injuries.
