Elon Musk Censors Kanye West’s X Account After Porn Posts
Kanye West's X account has been deactivated after posting explicit content and controversial remarks. Elon Musk classified Ye’s account as "NSFW" after the rapper repeatedly posted pornography on the platform. Following the label, Kanye announced he was "logging off" and soon deactivated his account. The move comes after days of antisemitic, misogynistic, and racist rants from Ye. Celebrities, including David Schwimmer, had called for Musk to take action, citing the dangers of hate speech. While Kanye’s account is now inactive, concerns remain about his influence and potential return to social media.

Kanye West’s X Account Deactivated by Elon Musk Over Explicit Content Violations

Kanye West’s X account has been deactivated after days of posting controversial and explicit content. Elon Musk, the owner of X, took action after Ye repeatedly shared pornographic material, making it visible to users who had not opted to see such content.

The controversy started when users began complaining about Kanye’s posts, urging Musk to ban him from the platform. Instead of an immediate ban, Musk labeled Ye’s account as "NSFW" (Not Safe for Work), restricting its visibility.

“Given what he has posted, his account is now classified as NSFW. You should not be seeing that anymore,” Musk stated in response to a user’s concern.

Shortly after Musk’s announcement, Kanye appeared to deactivate his account himself. In his final message before logging off, Ye thanked Musk for allowing him to express himself. He also described his recent online behavior as "cathartic" and compared it to a "spiritual journey."

However, Kanye’s pornographic posts were only part of the controversy. In the days leading up to his deactivation, he made multiple antisemitic and racist remarks. He also attempted to "normalize talking about Hitler" and identified as a Nazi. These statements led to widespread backlash, with many calling for his removal from social media.

David Schwimmer, among other celebrities, urged Musk to take stronger action against Ye. "His sick hate speech results in REAL LIFE violence against Jews," Schwimmer said, highlighting the potential dangers of Kanye’s rhetoric.

Kanye’s deactivation marks another chapter in his history of social media controversies. While he is currently off X, many question whether he will return or find another platform to share his views. With Musk's decision to limit his reach rather than fully ban him, the debate over free speech and online responsibility continues.
